Flow support
You can find out how to conduct conversations with the support of Serviceware Flows in the following section.
Tip: This function is an option.
If your Serviceware Knowledge is connected to Serviceware Flows and flows are stored for the corresponding questions, you can process requests with the support of predefined flows and enter data directly into your Knowledge database.
Flows can be displayed within Knowledge articles above the content,
below the content or instead of the content.
If a flow is contained within a page that appears empty at first glance, this is
indicated by the Flow symbol in the action bar. The Flow can then be displayed via the Flow button.
If you exit the text, the content of the flow is deleted and you can restart the flow when you open the text again.
