Contacts

As a consumer, you can view contacts created in your Serviceware Knowledge.

Contacts are people who do not necessarily have to be users in Serviceware Knowledge – for example, suppliers or customers.

You can filter the list of contacts. You can save selected contacts Print, as Save bookmark and on your computer Download.
