Knowledge-Integrator

The Knowledge integrator is a browser plugin for Google Chrome that can be integrated into almost any web application.

The Knowledge-Integrator for Serviceware Knowledge allows knowledge from Serviceware Knowledge to be displayed directly in a web application. This eliminates the need to develop application-specific integrations. The Knowledge-Integrator can also read out areas of web applications and perform targeted searches based on this data.

You can switch from the Knowledge-Integrator window to your Knowledge full version with full functionality at any time.

The layout of your views is transferred from Knowledge to Knowledge-Integrator. If you select All views, the Knowledge-Integrator is displayed in the standard layout.
