Using Knowledge-Integrator in the browser
The functions of the Knowledge-Integrator correspond to those that a Consumer can also use in the full version of Serviceware Knowledge.
The Knowledge-Integrator initially appears as a menu in the upper area on the right-hand edge of the screen. You can display the window on the left or right-hand edge of the screen using the arrow keys in the menu.
To search for content in Serviceware Knowledge, firstly open the search window using the Open or Close arrow key.
Use the Search in the same way as in the Knowledge application in the browser.
To read found content, select one of the texts in the result list. The reading window opens. You can in turn expand the reading window to the entire browser window using the Maximize function.

Reading window
The reading pane works in the same way as the full version for the browser.
