Knowledge-Integrator for Google Chrome
In the following section you will learn how to install Knowledge-Integrator for Google Chrome.

Open the chrome web store via https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=de and search for the Knowledge-Integrator.

Open the page, read the relevant information and check if the Knowledge-Integrator is compatible with your device.
- Select Add.

Select Add integrator to read and change data on the Serviceware Knowledge pages and send messages via the Knowledge-Integrator.
. - Select the extension icon in the Google title bar and select Add extensions.

Enter the URL to your Knowledge system and confirm by selecting Continue to login.
- When you open Google Chrome, you will be asked for your user details. Enter the login details to your Knowledge system in order to access the data.
Knowledge-Integrator for Microsoft Edge
In the following section you will learn how to install Knowledge-Integrator for Google Chrome.

Open the Microsoft Edge add-ons via https://microsoftedge.microsoft.com/addons/Microsoft-Edge-Extensions-Home and search for the Knowledge-Integrator.

- Open the Remove menu of your browser.

- Select Remove in the Knowledge-Integrator field.
