Administration of Serviceware Knowledge

The Knowledge administration can be opened by the users with the Administrator role through the administration in the navigation menu.

The administration include general settings for the different functions, Layout, Placeholder as well as functions that control access to the content, such as User, User group and Views. In addition, access to the Knowledge widgets is configured here.

You open the Settings using the tabs in the upper area of the window. A button in the upper right-hand area allows you to access the most important functions via an Add menu. Open configurations are displayed in the top bar and can also be closed from there using X.
