  Serviceware Knowledge is the knowledge management tool of the Serviceware platform. Serviceware Knowledge manages the knowledge in your company in a central database.

API keys

The use of Serviceware Knowledge by the Serviceware Portal is carried out by means of API keys.

You will learn how to create API keys in the following section.

The following parameters are assigned:

Title: Name for the new API key that provides clear information; mandatory
User: Select user from the drop-down list.; mandatory
Valid to: API key expiration date; mandatory

Open Administration > API Key via the navigation menu.
Select the button Add API Key.
In the API key dialog, specify the Title, User, and expiration date.
Save the parameters.

You can now use the API key to include the Knowledge widgets in the Serviceware Portal.
