Serviceware Flows
Serviceware Flows is an application of the Serviceware platform which enables the use of Serviceware Solution Bot.. The linking of Serviceware Flows with Serviceware Messaging and Serviceware Knowledge as well as the AI functionalities Intent recognition and Question Answering jointly form the Chatbot solution Serviceware Solution Bot.
In Serviceware Flows, you create and model desired chat dialogs in the form of dialog flows (Flows) and supplement these with intentions of the request by the chat consumer (intents). The Serviceware Solution Bot recognizes the flow that should be triggered through the intents.
Thus, in Serviceware Flows, you control every detail for the behavior of the Solution Bot and determine the reaction behavior to give an automatic answer, start a defined process, initiate a handover to a chat agent or search for suitable answers in the connected knowledge base. Relevant knowledge articles can also be displayed in a suitable place at any time.
