Serviceware Messaging is the chat module of Serviceware. Serviceware Messaging agents answer live the requests launched through the configured chats of the connected websites. Together with Serviceware Flows and the connection to Serviceware Knowledge, Serviceware Messaging forms the Serviceware Solution Bot.
Whether as a standalone application, as part of the Serviceware Solution Bot, or integrated into Serviceware Portal or Serviceware Processes, Serviceware Messaging enables customers to contact your service team directly.
