*These areas are displayed only to the Administrator role.
- The Navigation menu is the entry point through which you can reach all areas of the application.
- In the Search bar, you can search for users as well as for content from your own chat histories.
- The User menu allows you to enable/disable your support status and log out.
- The Chat overview allows you to switch between your active and past chats, thereby maintaining an overview.
- The Chat window shows the chat history and the input window. The central actions are available to you here via the icons as well as Other options.
- The right side panel shows you more Information about the chat , such as tags, members and user information. Open and close the window via the Info button.
- Which support agents are currently active is also visible here. Note: Administrators can also see how many active chats are currently assigned to the respective agent, even if the agent is inactive.
- Create a New employee right away via this direct access.
