*These areas are displayed only to the Administrator role.

  1. The Navigation menu is the entry point through which you can reach all areas of the application.
  2. In the Search bar, you can search for users as well as for content from your own chat histories.
  3. The User menu allows you to enable/disable your support status and log out.
  4. The Chat overview allows you to switch between your active and past chats, thereby maintaining an overview.
  5. The Chat window shows the chat history and the input window. The central actions are available to you here via the icons as well as Other options.
  6. The right side panel shows you more Information about the chat , such as tags, members and user information. Open and close the window via the Info button.
  7. Which support agents are currently active is also visible here.
    Note: Administrators can also see how many active chats are currently assigned to the respective agent, even if the agent is inactive.
  8. Create a New employee right away via this direct access.
