Serviceware Solution Bot

Serviceware Solution Bot is a chatbot solution from Serviceware that enables customer questions to be answered via a chat interface supported by artificial intelligence (AI). The Serviceware Solution Bot consists of linking the following applications:

Serviceware Flows as a basic technology for modeling guided chat dialogs (flows) as well as the intelligent assignment of the request to matching flows using the AI Intent recognition
Serviceware Knowledge for the access as well as the automatic distribution of matching knowledge content using the AI Question Answering (optional)
Serviceware Messaging for forwarding from chat to service agents (Agent handover) (optional)
