Intent

An intent is the intention of a chat consumer that is stored in Serviceware Flows for a specific flow. Each intent can be communicated by the chat consumer in very different formulations. In order for the AI Intent recognition to recognize the correct intention in the formulation, you need to store these formulations in the intent beforehand. If the link is successful, the Serviceware Solution Bot can then automatically start the appropriate flow, for example to book a flight, pay a bill or provide knowledge from Serviceware Knowledge.
