Release notes of previous versions of Knowledge-Integrator

The release notes for previous versions of Knowledge-Integrator can be found in the following sections

Knowledge-Integrator 4.16

Automatic synchronization of the Knowledge layout
The Knowledge-Integrator is displayed in different color schemes, depending on the configuration of the color scheme of the selected view. With this new function, we adapt the behavior of Knowledge-Integrator to that of the web client. If you have selected a standard view in Knowledge, Knowledge-Integrator will initially open with this view.
Example

Knowledge-Integrator 4.15

OR linking of several values for a filter is possible
The logic of filters has been extended. It now allows to combine several values for one filter representing an OR connection.
Example: When selecting a data type, PDF and Word can now be selected at the same time.

Knowledge-Integrator 4.14

Adaptation of the name and icons of Knowledge-Integrator (for more consistency compared to the web client)
In place of SABIO Integrator, the name has been changed to Serviceware Knowledge-Integrator. The Serviceware symbol is used. This is available in two versions:
In gray by default (and therefore consistent with other icons in Chrome)

For automatically found content (based on a read selector) in orange (with the symbol flashing briefly, as in the previous version)

Knowledge-Integrator 4.13

Easier view filtering
Filtering by views is now done consistently with the web client only using the global view selection in the top bar of the application.

Categories as preselected filters
Categories can now also be taken into account when preselecting filters in the options.
Better switching between tabs
When switching between bookmarks, messages and all other content, filter settings made are saved in the background.
If users switch back to the respective tab, the filter settings saved for this tab can be used again immediately.

Knowledge-Integrator Version 4.12

Consideration of standard views
If a standard view is set in Knowledge for a user, this is now also taken into account in the Knowledge-Integrator.
This means that after a user logs in to Knowledge-Integrator, the content assigned to the configured default view is automatically displayed.
