    - When I open from Service Portfolio, I am shown a blank screen.
      A version conflict exists within the Serviceware platform. How do I obtain the required modules for the setup of the Serviceware platform?

I would like to use Serviceware Processes together with Serviceware Portal, Service Portfolio, Notifications and also need Serviceware Authenticator. How do I obtain these modules?

All basic modules needed for the setup of the Serviceware platform are included in the Configurator. You only need the download file for Serviceware Processes.

I do not know which components I need for the setup of the Serviceware platform.
