Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition

For information on how to use Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition, see the following sections.

Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition is utilized as a data broker for communication between Serviceware Financial, Serviceware Processes and Service Portfolio. Serviceware has pre-configured RabbitMQ for use in the Serviceware platform. The newly created component is the Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition.

To learn how to install and configure the Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition component and its environment, see the following sections.

Usually Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition is installed via the Serviceware Configurator together with Service Portfolio.

If this is not possible, you will find comprehensive instructions for manual installation, configuration and updating.

Note: The Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition is provided as pre-configured from Serviceware in the setup folder. Do not install the runtime environment from the RabbitMQ homepage. Always utilize the Serviceware RabbitMQ Edition.
