Up to version Serviceware Processes 7.0 and Serviceware Portal 1.5, you can find the instructions for installation and configuration of all modules in the product manuals.

As of Serviceware Processes 7.1 and Serviceware Portal 1.5, you can find information on installation and configuration for the platform in the Setup section of the Serviceware platform documentation. This documentation is created with each new product version and stored separately.
