Functionality

Through Knowledge-App, you can access the knowledge from your Knowledge system on a mobile device.

The Knowledge-App app provides access to information regarding the views assigned to you. The search works in a similar way to the desktop version. Here, too, you can search via the tree. You can rate texts and save and manage bookmarks.

Start

After starting the Knowledge-App, you will firstly see an empty content window. You can search directly via the search field in the top bar, open the navigation menu and select a view.

Search function

You can search the full text of Knowledge texts provided to you via views. The search function in the app does not include filtering options. Files are not found using the search function in the app.

Tree

As in the desktop version, you can also search for content in the mobile app using the tree.

Bookmark

You can save bookmarks and open a bookmark list in the Knowledge-App. The bookmarks list already contains the same entries that you created in the desktop application. Your bookmarks saved in the app are also visible in the desktop application.
