Open the Knowledge-App

To use the content of Serviceware Knowledge in the Knowledge-App, proceed as follows.

You have an active Knowledge user account with known credentials and your Knowledge system is freely accessible over the Internet.

Go to the Apple App store or Google Play store and search for the Knowledge-App.
Install the app on your mobile device.
Open the Knowledge-App.
Enter the entire URL of the Knowledge system exactly in accordance with the following pattern: https://IhrSabioName.sabio.de/sabio/services/client/IhrSabioName.
Enter your login details.

You can now use the contents of your Knowledge system in the app.

To log out of the Knowledge system, open the navigation menu and select Log out.
