Widgets

The Processes widgets offer users of Serviceware Processes and consumers the opportunity to execute important Serviceware Processes functions via mobile devices.

The following widgets are available for Serviceware Processes:
  • The widget My Cases enables agents to search and filter the cases assigned to them via mobile devices and to create new cases. The search results are displayed in a list and the cases can be opened and expanded in a dialog.
  • The widget Approvals enables users to approve cases submitted for approval from mobile devices.

  • In the widget Webshop, registered users can search for products or services and order them via a shopping cart.
  • The widget Profile shows users the data of their own user account.
  • The widgets News and News Detail show users news that is sent to them by the Processesadministration. The news widget provides an overview, the news detail widget displays a complete article that is called up from the news widget.
