The pinboard contains current information that the editorial team has provided for your user group. Depending on the company, your affiliation to a user group can mean, for example, the affiliation to a department or a usage type.

The information for specific user groups is referred to as views in Serviceware Knowledge. The Views selection menu is located in the title bar. If several views are available to you, you can select either a specific one or all of the views via a drop-down list and thus limit the topic of your content. Each view is represented by a color dot.

From the User menu in the title bar, you can configure settings to your personal Knowledge and create shortcuts. In addition, you can start searching directly from the pinboard.

The navigation menu provides the agent with the following functions:
start start Opening the pinboard and tabs with personally compiled content and notes
Tree Tree Opening the tree with branches, articles and files
Search Search function Search with filter selection
Messages Messages The number of new messages is displayed in a red circle.
The action bar provides the user with changing options depending on the view, role and selected content.
